What is included
Removal of dust and light debris after construction or renovation so the space is ready for occupancy. Scope, safety requirements, and any site-specific requirements are confirmed during a site visit before we quote. Hazardous materials are not handled.
Typical checklist
- Remove construction debris as agreed (no hazardous materials)
- Dust walls, ceilings, vents, and fixtures
- Remove stickers and residue from windows and fixtures
- Clean inside cabinets and drawers
- Clean windows and frames
- Vacuum and mop floors (multiple passes)
- Final detail wipe-down
