These terms apply to your use of the Easy Clean Now LLC website and online portals. Cleaning services themselves are governed by the written quote you accept and any service agreement we sign with you.

Quotes and estimates

Quote requests are free. Submitting a request does not book a service or guarantee a price.
Prices are set only in a written quote prepared and approved by Easy Clean Now. A quote is valid until the expiration date shown on it.
If the property's size, condition, or the requested scope differs from what was described, we may revise the quote before work begins.
Accepting a quote does not by itself confirm an appointment. Service is scheduled when we confirm an appointment with you.

Appointments

Please provide accurate access instructions and let us know about any hazards. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit, unless your quote or agreement says otherwise. We may need to reschedule because of weather, emergencies, or safety concerns and will notify you as soon as possible.

Exclusions

Unless specifically agreed in writing, our services do not include handling hazardous, biological, or regulated waste; work at heights requiring special equipment; or any work requiring a license or permit we do not hold.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Company account owners are responsible for the people they authorize. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Any concerns about a cleaning service should be reported to us promptly so we can address them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
